For 3 hours we glided through the pines and experienced the peace and serenity of winter in the mountains. The pines were heavy with fresh snow but the weather was warm with perfect sunny blue skies. We enjoyed the uncrowned beauty of groomed cross-country ski trails and had a fantastic workout.
The trails are not all flat and easy so we had to get good quickly at skiing uphill.
